What is Chestwine®?
Developed from chestnut flower extract, Chestwine® is a natural and effective alternative to traditional sulphite-based preservatives. Thanks to its antioxidant and antimicrobial properties, the product preserves the sensory integrity of wine — maintaining colour, aroma and flavour — without compromising authenticity or consumer health.

Its success at Vinitaly 2025 confirms the growing adoption of Chestwine® in prestigious wine regions such as Bordeaux and the Rhône Valley in France, as well as in various areas in Italy.
