Tree Flowers Solutions was invited by the University of Texas to present Chestwine® – New Developments in Oenological Tannins
This scientific presentation explores extracts derived from the flower of Castanea sativa (chestnut) and their potential role in wine stabilization. These natural compounds, rich in hydrolysable tannins and flavonoids, have demonstrated promising antioxidant and antimicrobial properties that may enhance wine stability and reduce the need for sulfur dioxide.
