The Italian blog Zeta Vino published an article about our Chestwine® project, highlighting its potential as a natural alternative to sulphites in winemaking.
Developed from chestnut flower extract, Chestwine® preserves wine thanks to its antioxidant and antimicrobial properties — without altering its colour, aroma or flavour.
An innovation that is already being tested by around 100 producers across Europe.
